Screenr.com Screencasting and YouTube Hyper-Local Real Estate Traffic

Are you looking for an eye-popping spot in Google search? Well, go no further than a Screenr.com screencast uploaded to an optimized YouTube channel.

Intended for Twitter, Screenr.com is free and easy. See the how-to video below, or go to Screenr.com and watch their 1-mintue introduction video. What we do with Screenr is create the video on a hyper-local subject like, "homes for sale in [insert hyper local phrase]," however, we do not Tweet (although you can) the video and opt to upload to YouTube. Once on YouTube we optimize the video and within a week or so our video is displaying in Google's search results. For example, search "homes for sale in the kennewick school district" or "homes for sale in panoramic heights kennewick" etc.

A video matching the phrase a searcher queries at position 3-6 is as good or better than being in the #1 position as the video image is prominently displayed in the search results. Go ahead, give Screenr a try today.

Michael,

Huh?  Perhaps you posted your comment on the wrong blog?  This blog entry is about using video for local real estate search traffic, not social media.

Cassie,

I can't view the video in your blog, it says I must accept the friend request because it is a private video?
